After closing on 915 Cloquet Avenue July 20, 2024, construction began that fall and two years later here we are, a fully reconstructed building, every inch into 18 apartment units configured as efficiencies, one bedrooms, and two bedroom apartments.  "One of the biggest challenges we had during 2026 was pulling the three phase power from Avenue B up to our building," shared co-owner Chad Scott.  The western portion of the building will be available for rent June 1, 2026, while the eastern portion of the building will be available for rent August 1, 2026.  The owners are hoping for a public open house with tours towards the end of June, stay tuned!  The City Council, Cloquet Economic Development Authority, Cloquet Planning Commission, and city staff were lucky enough to tour the building on May 5th see the PKN article and video links.  For pre-leasing information, contact Jenna at info@ccholdings.co and view the Solem Lofts flyer!
